Looking for old friends in Talca

I lived in Talca around 1981-82. My dad's company was building a dam ("presa") in Colbun. We had SUCH a wonderful time there. I wish I knew a forum where residents or former residents of Talca kept in touch so I'd have a chance to re-connect with some of the friends I had when I lived there.
Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you!
And if it's still anything like it was back then, I definitely recommend living there. Beautiful weather, wonderful people, great food.
