Possible Relocation To Santiago, Chile

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post here. I have an amazing connection for work in several countries across continents. One of the opportunities is for my wife in Santiago at the Flowserve plant as an Engineer. Chile has always been appealing to us, though neither of us have ever been. We currently live in Denver, CO, US. We are highly outdoors oriented and enjoy cultural activities. We have dogs and a cat that would need to relocate with us. From what I have read, it sounds like Chile is very welcoming to immigrants.

I am hoping someone has some suggestions, input, advice, etc. We are still in the very rough stages of planning and choosing our final destination so nothing is set in stone.
