My mother in-law has dual US-Chilean citizenship, and is considering moving back to Chile to be near family after 50+ years in the States.
I am looking for some official resources to help guide her on things she needs to know. Things such as banking (she collects US Social Security & has a University pension), bringing a car over, etc. Anything, really, to get her started.
