Family of four looking for another family to partner and start a 22 lot residential development, already own the 60 acres, project plat is being approve by local government-municipality and lots can be legally sold for 65k each. We are considering selling half of lots at original cost and use the money to start development and build three model cabin-homes, like the one shown on picture.
