Trouble with entry record

I entered Chile yesterday with a work visa. At the airport, it slipped my mind that copies of CEDULA CONSULAR should be given to the custom, and the custom officer also did not look at my work visa and thought I was a tourist from US. That person just gave me a Tarjerta Unica Migratoria with 90 days stay. Because it was hurry at the airport, I did not check carefully. My work visa should have legal stay of 2 years instead. Now there will be trouble to get registration of visa with PDI. Does anyone knows how to deal with the situation? Or any service can be found to solve it? Thx!!!
