Residency Visa

I arrived in Chile in the beginning of 2021 and applied for a temporary residency visa.

It's been more than 7 month since I applied, and I still have not received any response.

I've contacted them maybe 6 times over the months via their official support ticket system (https://extranjeriachile.freshdesk.com), and I have not received any response there either.

I've been regularly checking the official website for an update to the status of my application (https://consultas.extranjeria.gob.cl/autoConsultaInicioB3K.action?option=nombre), but it always tells me the same thing: "No se encontró el registro". No application found.

I've tried contacting several visa/immigration/legal services in Santiago, but my emails/messages to them have so far gone unanswered as well.

Does anyone have any information or experience with this?

It makes me feel nervous not getting any response whatsoever from anybody. If they at least replied saying, "we are extremely backlogged but will get to you when we can", even that would make me feel acknowledged and much better.
