Let me first introduce myself. My name is Kai Poepplau and I myself have been an expatriate for the last 6 years. I`m german but have lived in the US since 1996 and just recently moved to Shanghai. Because of my background and my current situation I fully understand the importance of adequate health insurance and financial services for people living overseas.
