Moving fron US to Hong Kong

Hello my family of five will be moving to the Hong Kong area in the summer. My husband is over there now and seems to be partial to Tung Chung as he will be using the airport frequently.
This will be our first time living out of the States. We have three children ages 13, 11 and 2. We also have a 4yr olds Black Lab. We would love to bring him with us as well.
I would like to get some information on schools, daycare, and general information about the area.
