Most people from abroad have to find one agency to rent apartment when they come to china without knowing anything about this city.I know some of my foreign students(my job is teaching chinesee) pay a higher rental than local people, also, they pay all the full service fee(one month rental to agency)Which means the more expensive apt u rent,the more service fee u have to pay. I'm a local people,so As soon as any people got a apartment for rent I will let u know(which can save u lots of money anyway while can know more friends here) My email add: [email protected].
