general info wanted for changzhou

I am a 25 yr old engineer and my employer wants 2 me to move 2 a new facility they are opening in the changzhou area...I am looking for some general information on the area, such as; -stores shops
- people
- how modern it is and basic information like that. I would love 2 find some one to discus these and a bunch more questions I have; either a citizen of china or an expat from the US who has gone through the move already.
