Good Job in Hunan, good pay and benefits

I am posting this notification of an immediate opening in a school I taught for previously in Shaoyang, Hunan. If you are interested, let me know in a post and I can give you the contact info for the school. You can contact me at [email protected], but please also leave a post so I know to check the email.

Contract period: Immediately-June 31
Pay: Varies by month depending on holidays, around 6000-8000 RMB/month
Bonus: 10000 RMB airfare, 2000 RMB travel
Housing: School apartment provided
Workload 22-23 classes/week

I previously worked at Chuangxin Shaodong Experimental School, and I can vouch that they are a good place to work. The pay is very good for the region. It varies based on whether or not there is a holiday or not during the month, but they pay 4300 for the first 64 classes/month and 100 RMB per class afterwards. The teaching load is 23 classes per week, so there was one month where I made 8100 RMB, which was way higher than the other teachers I knew in Hunan making 4000-4500. Note that the cost of living in Hunan is much lower than in major cities. You can easily eat in some of the nicest restaurants I have ever been in everyday for just a small fraction of your salary. You get one month off for winter holiday and you get the 4300 base pay for that month. You also get 10000 for airfare reimbursement and 2000 for travel. The school is legit, you get a Z visa and all required documents taken care of, so no worry of horror stories.
The apartment is pretty nice. The building has 3 large corner apartments reserved for the 2 foreign teachers and the headmaster. The apartment is right next to the class buildings, so you can leave 3 mins before class and get there on time. There will be another female foreign teacher at the school as well. There is decent medical insurance provided and free dining for all meals on campus.
I never had any problems with them not paying me or short-changing me. In fact they just ask each month, "how many classes did you teach?" "97?" "Okay we'll have the money later today." You get an assistant teacher for all non-high school classes. I never really used them, but their presence was nice and they were all nice to me.
It's very laid back. I was rarely late to my classes, but the Chinese teachers seemed to be late to every class they taught and no one minded. My classes were all pretty well-behaved. I only had one naughty class out of 23. They have you teach multiple older grades. I taught 5, 6, 7, and 10. Books are provided, but you can teach anything. I tended to teach from the books about half of the time.
The city had pretty much everything I needed. You are right in the center of lots of supermarkets, fast food places, nice restaurants, etc. all in walking distance. However, for bar variety you will need to take a bus or taxi for about 30 mins.
