moving to Chongqing with 9 mo old- advice

Any tips here? We haven't connected with a realtor yet, but any suggestions on family friendly areas are appreciated. Is it easy to find pediatricians and groups of other expats with children? Is there any form of a daycare available? Currently only my husband is working but I might be doing temp work and could use a hand. Again any information you have to offer is GREATLY appreciated!
