Traveling with a Chinese friend

I have a friend in China (female) that I have respect for her hard work and her determination as well as what she has done in her life to get where she is today. I have known her now for two years and personally met her last year. We get on really well. Now I am planning my next trip to China and would like to invite her to go on a short trip. I know this may sound weird, but I'd like to show her that life is not only about work, but also about enjoying life and seeing new things. She's in her late twenties, single and has a real busy life in Beijing. If I (40,male) would offer her to travel together, is it likely that she will refuse or accept the invite. We chat online every now and then and she even taught me Chinese before. I like her as a friend and would really make this happen. How likely am I to succeed? Any comments welcome. I have travelled with people from other countries before but not with a Chinese woman. Thanks in advance.
