Considering move to Bogota

I'm currently a Canadian student finishing up my degree, and I'm considering moving to Bogota to teach english in elementary bilingual schools. I was hoping someone could give me any kind of advise about what to expect, where to look for an apartment, and what areas would be best to live/work in. I've never been to Colombia, but I've heard so many great things about the country. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
