....to another S. American country using a cell phone. Actually, I know better than that, but I find ambivalence or incomplete directions or contradictions on the internet. This includes a site that specifically addressed using cell phones. I have checked with a sizable vender in downtown, central Medellin of COMSEL cards for cell phones (I have one in my phone) and the representative at the store couldn't call a number in Ecquador I asked to be called using my phone. This is the store some weeks ago I bought the card from. I asked for another number to be called....again with no success by the COMSEL rep. I have it by a good source the telephone numbers trying to be reached are valid. I have used this phone to call Medellin numbers....Calls to land lines and to other cell phones. Can anyone point me to a resource to go to in order to assist me ? Much, much appreciated in advance.
