Would you recommend moving to Pereirra in terms of Expat living

Hi!
I might be moving to Pereira and was wondering if anybody would give me some pointers, opinions or advice. Is it easy to make friends in Pereira? Are there many expats living there? Where can I find a classifieds website to find housing ads?
