I plan to buy property in medellin may be for rental businessor second home but need to find out

1.how to get most pesos for very large us $.....minimizing paying fees.

2. Builder has his acc# in Bankcorp through Citibank. Do I have to have middle bank or better to send $$ to builders bank acc#.

note: may be used for partial rental business. Any info is appreciated.
