Hey. I am an Australian living in Canada working as a website developer. I've recently heard of the Columbian Digital Nomad visa and am toying with the idea of living in Cartagena through next winter (Dec-April). Im hoping to get some high level information on the expected rental costs and the best way to go about finding a studio or one bedroom apartment.

My plan would be to rent an Airbnb for the first couple weeks upon arriving and finding a longer term rental once there.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
- websites/facebook groups to visit to search for rentals?
- what areas are the best to live with good access to amenities and beaches?
- what are the options for co-work space rentals?
- any online communities/facebook groups for meeting others for any outdoor activities

If there is a good resource online to read further on any information, that would also be a great help.
