Bancolombia going down the pan!

I have been with Bancolombia since I moved here nearly 12yrs ago, until this year, I have only ever had minor inconveniences, such as you have with any Bank, but now it has become a real headache:
1. They reclassified me as a US Citizen, and started taxing my account interest, that took about two months to resolve, even though they had a copy of my UK Passport.
2. For end of year finances, they informed DIAN, that they had a balance of over $2m Cop in my name, but it's not on any of my Statements, nor the Bank Certificate, Trying to get the Bank to provide supporting information, or admit it is an error on their part, seems near impossible, without that, I have to pay 33% on something I have never had, with my Declaracion around the corner, I am not happy. The argument continues.
3. Last week my Virtual Account threw a wobbly, I can sign in, but it tells me I have no account, No Visa credit card, and I am not a Client of Bancolombia.
Despite four visits (hour round trip each visit) numerous phone calls, it still hasn't been resolved, I can't pay any bills online, albeit in the Branch, both my cards, and accounts are fine. After 4 days, you would think it, could be sorted, seems simple to me, close my virtual account, and I open a new one as if it is my first time signing in, but they don't see it that way.
If not resolved this week, I will be looking to change Banks, although reading the Reviews, I am not sure others are any better.
