Clarification

Thanks to everyone who replied based on the limited information I gave. My wife and I are divorcing after 27 years of marriage. We live in a 50/50 state and I am essentially going to only have $150 k and about that same amount in 401ks after the divorce is finalized.
I will also say that I have been a manager in the hotel business for about 33 years and am completely burnt out. I don't think I can start over in a new career. Someone had mention Digital Nomad, but I don't have those skills. I was mentally and emotionally exhausted before my wife and I decided to split, and now ....... I think I'm kind of done.
I live in a very expensive county and it would be almost impossible for me to live even in a crap apartment off of my current salary.
So, my options are few, if even existent. I have seen beautiful little farm houses, some with up to 20 acres of land with fruit trees, for the mid-$70s. Most all of the living expense posts I've read say that, putting housing aside, a reasonable cost of living would run between $500 to $700 a month for a single individual. I am not overly interested in entertainment or eating out, and certainly don't need someone coming in to clean my little farmhouse a couple times a month, or some of the other things they listed. Even if I took the high end of $700 a month, I would only be spending $42,000 of my remaining $75,000 until I reach 62. At that time, early Social Security would give me $2,000 a month, and I could start drawing on my 401ks if need be, About another $150,000.
You all seem like nice people, so forgive my sob story at the beginning of this. I just thought it was necessary to paint a picture of my situation before exploring the options.
Unless my financial assumptions are completely off and unrealistic, my biggest issue takes me back to the visa problem.

Thanks for listening,
J
