Driver's License: Canadian to Colombian

Hello all, I am a Canadian seeking to obtain a Colombian driving license. I have had a Canadian one for decades. There is also a form, but that didn't persist in my browser for some reason.

Does anyone else have experience with this? Everything else I've heard has said that Canadians have to do the whole nine yards: classroom, driving, school etc.
