Colombia Visa Renewal

Is anybody having trouble getting visa approval since the "chains-and-handcuffs fiasco" (the US returning Colombian immigrants to Colombia on military planes in chains and handcuffs)? I'm on my 3rd visa renewal. Complete and correct F.U.T. and documents were submitted in late-January of this year. A week after submission, I received an "inadmitada". Only reason given: "Discretionary Decision".

I'm looking for insights on what to do next. I own my property in Colombia and cannot afford to be rejected on a visa application. If you have any information on recent Colombian visa discrimination, please let me know. Thanks and happy day!
