I'm back in Bogotá on one of my routine visits. I stopped by Davivienda to withdraw some cash and got an exchange rate of 4,058 COP per USD. Today’s rate is 4,105. Has anyone found a better rate at another bank?
Please advise?

PS. In the past, Davivienda has always given the best rate, but maybe that's no more...
