Looking for housesit over Christmas/new year

My boyfriend and I are looking for a house sit opportunity this Christmas/new year.

Here's a little information about us.

I'm Lauren, 27 and my boyfriend Phil is 31. We left the UK in April and have been travelling south from Mexico for over 6 months. We are not usual travellers and instead base ourselves at projects that we volunteer at for weeks at a time. Most of our volunteering has been agricultural, we are very keen gardeners and students of permaculture. We have been having a wonderful time and have learnt a lot so far.

We are currently in Nicaragua, where we have been for 5 weeks. We plan to reach Costa Rica by Christmas and are looking at house sitting opportuniies for that period as volunteer projects are often closed during the holidays.

We are both very mature, responsible people with experience of living in other people's home respectfully. We are hardworking and keen to experience new things. We love reading, watching films, cooking and eating! We are smart and use our common sense.

Our background is in documentary film making. I am a producer and Phil is editor/camera/writer. This trip is our 'career break' to explore the world, ourselves and permaculture before we return to the UK in 2014 to set up our own project.

Please don't hesitate to ask us more questions and we can provide references no problem.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Lauren and Phil
