Declaring Victory!

What great feedback I got in personal emails today---good to see some folks out there who don't care if the negative and discouraging people leave the forum. Let's make this forum the best there is! Good riddance to those who just complain and say it can't be done. I am going to be a little more long winded than I usually am here---and really blunt, so for those who hate me and what I say you may want to stop reading now. (but I know you won't and will lash out anyway!)

First let me start by saying this---how many folks even know and can name the faculties of our minds??? Let alone work hard in personal development to hone those faculties and skills---check out Bob Proctor and you will learn from the best!

As I mentioned I am a student and teacher of Mental Toughness and Critical Thinking and for sure a move to any country, Costa Rica included, will be made more successful if you utilize some Mental Toughness skills. Here is a list of the 5 main levels of awareness and the population percentage in each category:

World Class Awareness= 5%

Upper Class Awareness= 10%

Middle Class Awareness=70%

Working Class Awareness=10%

Poverty Class Awareness= 5%

Everything you do and say and think and everywhere you move will be influenced in direct proportion to your level of awareness. Now--the epitome of lower levels of awareness was stated the other day--- " Better safe than sorry"---that is one of the most self-defeating statements you can ever say to yourself! You should be put in jail if you ever say that to your children!

One more time---the very thought of having to rent in every location your are thinking about absolutely guarantees you will fail! Why?? Because you are harnessing one of the most important and powerful laws there is---you are what you think about!!--and when you say you must rent in case you fail---you set yourself up to think every day you will fail and you will!! Here is my thought process---I make a decision---I close the escape hatches and lock them shut and I MAKE it work!

Here is my suggestion---lets make sure the naysayers go somewhere else--I highly suggest Costa Rica Living Group on Yahoo. Have not read them for years but if it is still the same as it was the complainers will feel right at home. There are plenty of us on here who care about what we say and want to share and encourage and not constantly say why it cant be done.

That is for you Willy and Full of Wind and No you cant work in Costa Rica!---and tour sellers who have nothing to sell!

Let's help each other--here is a list of my favorite people who have forgotten more about Costa Rica than most people know:

Steve Linder at Pacific Lots

Southern Pacific Area

Hannah at Remax-

Jaco area

Ivo at American European

[email protected]

Central Valley area

Let me tell you fullofwind---you have a chance to get it but I know you don't yet. As you see from the percentages above it MAKES NO DIFFERENCE in our lives what other people think--because the vast percentage is not aware enough--that has nothing to do with our success or failure--that is our job to attract into our life what we have. Do you really think I am on here because I need to sell lots??? I could care less if a meteor strikes the project as long as I live through it I will be successful on my next venture! There are so many people who had public service jobs who can't even get fired when they suck at what they do that they don't have a clue what having a business is all about! My accountant said a very profound thing the other day "Society Needs Us!!" think about it---without entrepreneurs and small business owners the world would be a much different place!

I would LOVE to see more people sharing what they do here--I remember seeing a guy who raised guard dogs--where do we get a good used car---what about experienced builders--- who teaches Spanish--where are the tour guides who care about other businesses here--who sells nice horses--anyone getting any fishing groups together?? How about a rafting team---who cares what the people who failed have done. I am sick of people denigrating developers and Realtors--go somewhere else. You know what it is like?---it is like someone who carries a putrid rotting backpack of grievances and negativity everywhere they go, and as soon as you get near they pull some stinking piece out and want to smack you with it! Enough already---lets make this forum vital and fun and healthy. Share our successes and failures with each other as we have all had BOTH.

As always---
