Checking out other locations

Of course most folks look at several locations on their search for a place to live in CR. I always suggest that because you don't want to make too quick of a decision only to second guess yourself forever and wonder if you missed the "perfect" spot.
And in reality I love when they go to the Pacific and Central Valley. When I know folks are going to do that I just ask one thing--come to my place last and please don't make a decision before you do. I have had many people over the years do that and end up purchasing two lots! Because they found that our are bigger and in a real community and they can literally buy 2 for the price of 1 elsewhere. One for living and one for investment. It is also a great way to utilize your rollover IRA. Below is a sample of questions I give out while folks are doing their due diligence.
