Good to see this photo function!! So--after all these years I can actually SHOW people what we do. Boy this pandemic has been interesting. I told people about 2 weeks before this started that it may be a good idea to take some of the profit in stocks and diversify! This is the rock solid and beautiful homes we build for many times LESS than 1/2 of what you pay on the Pacific and Central Valley. I was looking for a place closer to the airport to use and also be nearer my family there on occasion. Sure--100 bucks a square meter and 125+ per square foot to build! We are around 10 per square meter land and 56 a sq ft to build. I am quite sure that no one in the country is coming close to this price for this quality!
