Has anyone else had their U.S.-issued university degree recognized by la Comisión de Reconocimiento y Equiparación de Grados y Títulos?
1. Where did you get the certification indicating the existence of your university and its authority to issue your degree? Through the state or the US Embassy in Costa Rica?
2. What exactly is a certification of subjects, grades, and grading scale? My university is puzzled by this. What does it look like?
3. Did you present your plan of study and program of study as separate documents, stamped and signed by the university? Or did you provide the whole catalog of courses (which would be a lot to translate...)?
