Any Natwest Customers Here

My Natwest debit card is up for renewal and they have told me they will not send my card to me at my Bulgarian address and that I will have to provide a UK address and go back to the UK to pick it up.

My question is, is this usual for all Natwest customers or am I being singled out for special treatment?

Thank you to anyone who might beable to shed some light on this for me.
