I had to go there on prescription from my GP for a blood test, a covid 19 test and a chest x-ray.
At the entrance where is the reception the term covid 19 acted like a hornet bite on the two receptionists, one wanting to send me for blood test first and the other wanting to send me to the x-ray first.
Blood test first - in another building. I paid the bill to a rude receptionist and then proceed with the covid 19 test and the blood test.
Return to the hospital reception. My wife and her daughter were asked to wait outside in the full sun, no comfortable areas are provided for accompanying persons.
They show me the way to the x-ray in the basement.
When down, I asked for the direction of the x-ray and I was sent down a long corridor.
Arrived at the reception I stand more than 2 m from the desk and a masked person told me “stay away” no please, no sir.
Then another employee tells me the radio is on the other side, you have to go back.
I walk back through the establishment and I was asked to go back to where I come from.
After a 10 minute wait and was asked to return to the ground floor this time at reception to pay.
There I was told that the system was down, and that I have to wait.
Finally, they give me a receipt by hand, and a nurse picks me up and leads me down a series of outside stairs ... to the ambulance reception area before the emergency room.
I was asked to seat in a room under construction. After a while, a nurse shows up with a mobile x-ray and takes the pictures requested by the doctor.
I was invited to seat on a bench in the garage area next to the person in charge of security.
About 30 minutes later someone comes to tell me that the covid test result was negative.
After another half hour they come to bring the x-ray.
Overall the staff were not friendly or polite with one or two exceptions and the word covid 19 acted like a repellant, making me to think I had bubonic plague.
Never again in this place.
