What is the healthcare system in Cyprus like?

As a retired American veteran on Tricare Select healthcare insurance, what can I expect as far as quality of healthcare, availability of services, cost (on Tricare Select, I pay upfront and file for reimbursement), prescription drug cost, and availability (regular or restricted), and anything else that might be helpful about healthcare?

Dental service questions are similar to health care questions.

Vision care: My wife and I both wear glasses, so we will need those services as well, so information on that would be helpful.

Is there anything else you feel will help broaden our knowledge about a possible relocation?
