Moving to Aarhus - some questions

Hi there,

I am relocating to Aarhus from the USA in August to start working at the university of Aarhus. I have a few questions regarding the move and would really appreciate any information I could get.

1. Is it feasible to find a 2br apartment for under kr. 7000?
2. What areas of the city are better for living in (I'm single with no family)?
3. Is there a website in English that lists rental properties? Would you recommend using an agent to find a place? Any idea how much they would charge?
4. Is furniture more expensive in Denmark that the in US?
