Renting a property in Denmark

Hi,

I am about to buy a place in CPH and I do not know whether I will stay for more than 3, 5 years. Thus, I am thinking about renting it out in case I leave the country. I heard that there are some obstacles to rent out your apartment if you are out of denmark. I cannot refer to any specific obstacles and difficulties, so my question is if there is anyone with such experience that you can share?
