Thinking of relocating…

Husband & wife (in our early 40’s) with a 1.5 year old boy…a lot of factors come into play of relocating but main focus is our child…
we were thinking of private/bilingual education so which school/schools? Tuition costs, neighborhood to live, etc.

Also is Cali the best option? We’ve been to Bogota and didn’t like it at all. I’ve never been to Medellin but have heard mixed reactions to that city.
