Hi everyone,
We have decided to look for alternative accommodation in Cuenca as the internet keeps dropping here in Bahia, and is very slow although we have paid for the best service possible. As my husband conducts forex trading on line this is proving to be expensive, when, in the middle of the trade the internet goes down.
We have signed a two year lease on this apartment because we were told that this was law in Ecuador (not true,) so we are looking for someone to take over the apartment from us. We think that the landlady would let us go if we find other tenants.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4-and-a-half bathrooms. It is two blocks from the beach.
We pay $250 per month rent.
If anyone wishes to buy all our furniture, appliances and contents (except computers) they can have them for $4,000.
We are also looking for a good and loving home for our precious young cats, male and female. Both have been spayed and neutured spectively, and have had their rabies shots. It is difficult to relocate them unless we find a house for rental in Cuenca.
Thanks.
Chiquita.
