SWINE FLU PANDEMIC

I guess by now everyone has heard that the Swine flu has been declared a Pandemic by the World Health Organization.Does anyone have any information of how many cases have been reported in Ecuador and if the country is taking any extra precautions ( wear masks, quaranteen etc) as other countries are doing to avoid the entrance of the virus or its spread?Is there an Ecuadorian website that would have information on this topic and restrictions in traveling to Ecuador?
