hola!
I have just returned from a visit to Quito and while there looked at apartments to buy. I have a 2 bedroom reserved on the 2nd floor of a new building at the corner of Corina y Gonzalez...on the edge of Mirascal....Swiss Hotel down the street...big, nice SuperMaxi just across the street....a really great location I think b/c I want to be in the middle of everything and I like to walk. My concern is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor....noise, pollution, etc. Does anyone know the area and could you advise me? The building is supposed to be completed in Feb. of 2011. What do you think the chances of that are?! Cost: @ $85,000 cash. Good? The company seems to be very reputable and has several nice buildings around the area.
