Kitchen remodeling

> After our return to Cuenca in Oct. we plan to remodel our kitchen. Can anyone recommend a custom kitchen cabinet builder/company? It would be nice if he could speak English, but I can manage in Spanish if need be. E-mail capability would also be a big plus so we can communicate before our arrival.

> Also, we buy a lot of things on line here in the U.S. Are there many sites in Ecuador that allow you to do that and have it shipped to your door? If not, what happens with customs if you have packages mailed from the States?
