Guayaquil Hotel that allows pets

Hello,
My friend is moving to Ecuador at the start of November. She doesn't belong to this forum...but needs your help.
They are flying into Guayaquil and will need to stay in a hotel for a few days while they await their boxes which are coming via airplane as well. They have two cats (travelling in crates) and need a safe hotel for their family while awaiting boxes. Anyone in Guayaquil that can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if you happen to know of a reliable, trustworthy driver/transport service to take them and the boxes from Guayaquil to Manta?
