sorry as im sure you have answered these questions a million times before!
but....i spent 2 months in ecuador last year and am on my way back ,im hoping to stay indefinetly but my issue is, i will only be able to have a tourist visa to start as i obviously need time to work things out..where to live if i am going to stay etc.
so my question is how easy is it to get an extension on the tourist visa?
i was hoping to spend 6 months before i make my final descision, then i will return home to release funds from my house and apply for a more suitable type of visa
my girlfriend is from ecuador but mariage is not on the cards JUST yet so that is not an option.
