Kilowatt-hour cost

I know most of you pay very little in electricity specially if you are in the highlands. This can be due to your low usage of electric energy. Since the only way to know the real cost is to know the cost per Kliowatt-hour of usage I would like to know this value. It should be in your bill. Please also indicate if there is an additional fuel charge or special tax.
Sometimes this value changes according to usage. I'm interested since I will be a heavy user of electricity and it will be a major hit on my budget.
