Recommendations for doctors and veterinarians

Even though I have lived here 3 years, I have never had the occassion to have to visit a doctor in Ecuador except for my initial physical in Quito. I think it would be helpful for everyone to start a list of recommended doctors and veterinarians in our respective areas. Personally, I would like to find an English-speaking primary care physician in the Ibarra-Otavalo area. If I have a medical issue, I prefer to speak to a doctor who understands my native language.
I have had a lot of experiences with vets in this area, and most of them were not very positive. I have finally found a vet I can truly trust--Dr. Zuniga in Ibarra.
It would be nice to have some recommendations of this forum.
