I am looking for anyone that would have any information about Muisne area beachfront, particularily the town of Buchi, between muisne and SanFrancisco, where the bridge is almost completed for Routa del Sol.
I am about to finalize a beachfront purchase. I saw the property, walked around on it, looked at the bridge construction and road plans.
This property is 8 acres of beautiful beach with a bad house and a guest house that was torn apart by the storm that passed recently. We were buying it for the property because it is absolutely stunning with producing coco palms.
The price is perfect...but I still have this twinge of nervousness. We want it as an investment property to sell in a couple of years with the hope that the area will be more developped.
Is this area good? bad? Is the property sitting on a quicksand bed that will suck it up as soon as we purchase? or am I just a paranoid first time buyer... The paperwork is legitimate. We are thrown off at how much less we bargained (less than half of the asking price). Buchi is between Muisne and San Francisco.
Any information at all that we may have missed in our research would be greatly appreciated. I know that many of you are much more experience with Ecuador then I.
