plz help me.lodging...

Dear Friends,
i've been writing, a lot at the forums,
everyone is very helpful here,

i'm also trying hard to get a rented room, with an attached bathroom & kitchen,
but most rented accomodation is furnished & quite expensive,

Cuenca is relatively safe, i read, so i was trying to find acco., there,
but haven't quite found anything,

definately the rates are high, in Ecuador,
but, i did hear of many paying 100- 150 dolars,

if i do decide on a rented acco., like this, with minimum rent..
do u think it would be worthwhile,
