Cuenca apt. for rent

We have just spent the last 4 months almost totally renovating our top floor apartment just 50 yards from Parque Calderon, in downtown Cuenca. Just in time more or less to return to Montana the end of March to spend the winter there until next Oct. or Nov. We would like to rent it out the 6 or 7 months we are gone. Haven't decided exactly yet on the rental rate, but it will probably be in the mid range. Views of both cathedrals. All new appliances, kitchen and bath, not all, but a lot of new furniture.
