Tennis in Ecuador

Are any of you expats tennis nuts? I am retired in Gainesville, FL. and head up a local group that plays tennis every morning. Gotta hit something, don't you know?

Seriously, I would like to rent a room in Ecuador... anyplace that has some tennis action.

Say for a month as a starter. This June, July or August.

And then for a permanent move I want to bump along on $600/mo expenses with the required $25,000 investment for permanent status.

By the way, can that $25,000 be held is Swiss Francs instead of our Uncle Sam-Sanchez's funny money dollar?
