Need furnished apt in or near Quito for July.

I live in Tena but will need to be in Quito starting July 1st for 2-4 wks. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced furnished 2 bedroom apt with a place for a car in or near Quito? It doesn´t have to be right in the city because we do have a car. A safe neighborhood is also a requirement as we have small children.
