"Oh, by the way, I leave Salt Lake City, UT tomorrow to begin my journey to Cuenca, where I will arrive on Sunday. I will be staying until April 17 and I am currently assuming I will relocate permanently sometime in the Fall.

Why don't you share with the readers and posters of this forum your experiences here in Ecuador instead of being so pompous and arrogant? May I recommend a book to you: "How to Win Friends and Influence People" (I think by Andrew Carnagie). It's obvious to me and some others that you are lacking in some basic social skills--well, after all, we do know your profession! But that is no excuse!
