Electric blankets in Cuenca ?

Hola,
I have been living in Venezuela for the last 4 years and before that I lived in Arizona, so I am not really acclamitted to cold weather, so I am wondering if Electric blankets for beds are readily available in the Cuenca area ? If so, what is the approximate price ? I am going to Arizona in a couple of weeks and I can buy one there, but I if the price is close, then it would mean 1 less item to try to cram into my already overstuffed suitcase, when I come to Ecuador !! If you know what I mean !!
I appreciate any input you can provide me.
