Schools in Cuenca

I anticipate moving to Ecuador with my husband and three girls (ages 7, 10, and 13) in July of 2011, approximately one year from now. We have not yet decided between Loja and Cuenca, and we are looking closely at both cities.

Is there anyone here with information on schools in either city? We are most interested in schools where the courses are taught in Spanish. We would like our girls to be educated in Spanish, immersed in the local culture, and become as integrated as possible into the community.

If anyone has any information about elementary, junior-high level, and high-school level schools in which the courses are taught in Spanish (not English-speaking international schools), I'd love to learn more.
